Your order will be shipped free of charge. We will bear the costs on your behalf for the careful packaging and reliable shipment of the goods.
*For international shipments to the EU & United Kingdom, you will receive free shipment for orders from €200 or £200. For orders below €200 or £200, we charge a shipping fee of €15,30 or £12.50.
Under normal circumstances, we pass your order on to our carrier on the same day, and on the next day at the latest. As a result, you should receive your order within 72 hours. However, you will always be kept informed of the status of your order by e-mail. You can also track its status using the delivery service's tracking tool.
Place of delivery
For logistical reasons, we currently only deliver within Germany and to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Finland. Please always indicate your home address as the order address. If you would like to have your order sent to another address, you can add a different address under “Delivery Address” when placing your order.
Entering a P.O. box as an address is not permitted.
Availability of products
In the event that several people order the same available item at the same time, its availability will only be determined once your order has been processed. If an item cannot be delivered due to being out of stock, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Should you not be completely satisfied with your order, you can return your ordered goods to us within 14 days with ease and at no cost. We offer a 14-day return period.

Affix the return label and prepare the parcel for shipment.
3. Return Shipping
Take the package to the nearest Deutsche Post location or to a participating DHL location.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment. For purchases on account and prepayments, please provide your banking details
Please note: Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and in the condition in which you received them.
