With women making up 79.1% of our team, each one helps inspire, guide and grow our third-generation family business - in her own unique way. Three of them share what they do, which woman inspires them and why they love their job.

How long have you been at Oui? 
This year I celebrated my 10-year anniversary at Oui. 

What exactly is your role and what do you do? 
As Head of Visual Merchandising, I’m responsible for our visual brand identity. Together with my team, I develop stories that we tell across all channels - from the webshop to pop-ups - helping us build a loyal community. Storytelling goes far beyond simply selling clothes. Consistency is key. 

What do you most look forward to when you go to work? 
I love collaborating with my team of strong, creative women. No day is ever the same, ideas evolve together, and the trust we share makes every story stronger. That’s hugely motivating for me. 

How would you describe Oui in three words? 
Oui are family. 

What do you love most about your outfit? 
My look combines strength and lightness. A modern silhouette meets feminine ease: a relaxed blazer, wide palazzo trousers, a satin top with lace and the power colour red. It makes me feel confident yet completely at ease. 

Which woman inspires you most? 
Laura Karasinski inspires me - founder and Creative Director of ATELIER KARASINSKI. She combines storytelling with design, creates timeless, meaningful spaces and shows how creativity and self-confidence can lead to true female empowerment. 

How long have you been at Oui? 
I’ve been with Oui for over seven years. 

What exactly is your role and what do you do? 
As Head of Project and Portfolio Management, I lead projects, establish standards, optimise processes and support the company through change.  

What do you most look forward to when you go to work? 
The exchange with my team. Every day brings new tasks, interesting conversations and small successes - that mix keeps me motivated. 

How would you describe Oui in three words? 
Spontaneity, attention to detail, passion. 

What do you love most about your outfit? 
I love the combination of the soft, light-blue knit jumper and the dark-blue trousers. Calm, modern and effortless - the clean colour palette feels harmonious and timeless. 

Which woman inspires you most? 
Women who follow their own path, show empathy and bravely drive change inspire me most - especially those who combine strength with lightness while staying authentic. 

How long have you been at Oui? 
I’ve been with Oui since 1992, with a few breaks for travelling and parental leave - so you could say I’m a real old hand. 

What exactly is your role and what do you do? 
I work in the garment team and look after quality management. I’m the link between design and the finished product, checking fit and workmanship and staying in close contact with our suppliers. 

What do you most look forward to when you go to work? 
My spacious, bright workspace - and my lovely colleagues. 

How would you describe Oui in three words? 
Team spirit, flexibility, variety - there’s always something happening. 

What do you love most about your outfit? 
I like sporty looks, especially jeans with modern cuts. Striped jumpers give me spring vibes, and the jacket is a piece I worked on myself. I’m very fond of beige tones. 

Which woman inspires you most? 
I don’t really follow trends - I prefer mixing old and new in a relaxed, authentic way. A bit like Ela von Stilblock, who shares her looks on Instagram. And of course I wear Oui - I can always find something that suits me.
