Who is behind Zinia?
Zinia is the Santander Group's new "Buy Now, Pay Later" solution with over three million customers across Europe.
Is Zinia safe?
Paying via invoice with Zinia is safe and easy. Payment is made by bank transfer (other payment methods will be available soon).
How much time do I have to pay for my purchase with Zinia?
With Zinia you can pay your invoice within 30 days of the order date.
How does purchase on account with Zinia work?
In the order process, select "Purchase via invoice", then check your details again and confirm with "Order with obligation to pay". You will then be redirected to the Zinia payment processing page. Here you will be asked for your date of birth and mobile phone number (as proof of age, for a credit rating and later identification). You will then receive a security code by text message, which you enter on the website for confirmation.
You will then receive order confirmations from Oui and Zinia by email. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Oui and a payment email from Zinia with all the information you need to transfer your invoice amount.
As soon as your transfer has been received by Zinia, you will receive an email informing you that your balance has been settled. If you do not make the transfer on time, Zinia will send you a payment request.
What happens if I want to return something?
You send the goods back to us as usual - we then send the information to Zinia so that your invoice amount is adjusted in the case of a partial return or cancelled completely in the case of a full return. In both cases, you will receive another email from Zinia with the updated payment information.
