How does purchase on account with Openbank Pay (Zinia) work?
In the order process, select "Purchase via invoice", then check your details again and confirm with "Order with obligation to pay". You will then be redirected to the Openbank Pay payment processing page. Here you will be asked for your date of birth and mobile phone number (as proof of age, for a credit rating and later identification). You will then receive a security code by text message, which you enter on the website for confirmation.
You will then receive order confirmations from Oui and Openbank Pay by email. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Oui and a payment email from Openbank Pay with all the information you need to transfer your invoice amount.
As soon as your transfer has been received by Openbank Pay, you will receive an email informing you that your balance has been settled. If you do not make the transfer on time, Openbank Pay will send you a payment request.

You send the goods back to us as usual - we then send the information to Openbank Pay so that your invoice amount is adjusted in the case of a partial return or cancelled completely in the case of a full return. In both cases, you will receive another email from Openbank Pay with the updated payment information.
