Conditions of participation: KARE Lemon Vase 

The prize draw runs from 27 April to 04 May 2026. 

The closing date for entries is 04 May 2026 at 11:59 p.m. 

To participate in the sweepstakes, it is necessary to fill out the entry form including registration for the Oui newsletter. This is to be considered as a sweepstakes contract based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the entry deadline will not be taken into account in the draw. Participation in the competition is free of charge. 

Participation is open to natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years of age at the time of their participation. Participation is not dependent on the purchase of a product or service, but on a subscription to the Oui newsletter. Each user can only participate once in his or her own name. The use of any type of automated process to manipulate this sweepstakes is prohibited. Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG, its franchise companies and their family members. Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to exclude participants who are not entitled to participate or who have violated the conditions of participation (e.g. by providing false information) from the competition. 

The following prizes will be awarded: five decorative vases, each worth €149, from KARE. Winners will be selected after the closing date via a random draw from among all entrants. The draw will take place in private. The winners of the prize draw will be notified of their win promptly by Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG via a separate email or by telephone.  

The selection of the winners is final; no legal recourse is available. Prizes will be awarded exclusively to the winners. Exchanges or cash payments for the prizes are not permitted. If the winners do not respond within a period of 3 weeks after two requests, the prize may be transferred to another participant. 

The legal process is excluded. The competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Oui reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or should there be a regulatory gap, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

To participate in the sweepstakes, it is necessary to provide personal data and to subscribe to the Oui newsletter. The responsible party for data processing is Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co KG, Moosacher Straße 26a, 80809 Munich, Germany. We process your personal data (last name, first name, e-mail, address, cell phone number) for the purpose of the draw as well as notification of the winners.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) in conjunction with Art. 7 DSGVO. By entering your personal data, you confirm that you wish to participate in the competition voluntarily, that we may process your above-mentioned personal data for the above-mentioned purpose and that you are identical with the person sending the data.

You have the right to information, to correction, to deletion, to restriction of processing, a right to object, a right to data portability, as well as a right to revoke your consent. In the event of a revocation, you will no longer be able to participate in the competition. In these cases, it is best to contact us via e-mail.
