Conditions of participation - Ten 100 Euro vouchers for flip-flop.de

The duration of the raffle is from 31 May to 09 June 2024.

The closing date for entries is 09 June 2024 at 23:59.

To participate in the sweepstakes, it is necessary to fill out the entry form including registration for the Oui newsletter. This is to be considered as a sweepstakes contract based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the entry deadline will not be taken into account in the draw. Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Participation is open to natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years of age at the time of their participation. Participation is not dependent on the purchase of a product or service. Each user can only participate once in his or her own name. The use of any type of automated process to manipulate this sweepstakes is prohibited. Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG, its franchise companies and their family members. Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to exclude participants who are not entitled to participate or who have violated the conditions of participation (e.g. by providing false information) from the competition. 

The following prizes will be awarded: Ten 100 Euro vouchers for flip-flop.de. The winners will be determined after the closing date in a random draw among all participants. The drawing of the winners will take place in private. The winners of the prize draw will be informed promptly by Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG about the prize.

The determination of the winners is final; legal recourse is excluded. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winners. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible. If the winners do not report after two requests within a period of 3 weeks, the prize can be transferred to another participant.

flip-flop GmbH is solely responsible for the processing and dispatch of the five prizes. By participating in the raffle, the winners expressly agree that personal data (name, address, email) may be passed on by Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG to flip-flop GmbH in order to be able to process the delivery of the prizes.

flip-flop GmbH is exclusively liable for all claims arising from the winning relationship. Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG is not liable for material defects or defects of title in the services provided by flip-flop GmbH and/or its insolvency and the resulting consequences for the performance and processing of the claim to the service or the prize.

The legal process is excluded. The competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Oui reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or should there be a regulatory gap, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

We process your personal data (last name, first name, e-mail, address, cell phone number) for the purpose of the draw as well as notification of the winners.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) in conjunction with Art. 7 DSGVO. By entering your personal data, you confirm that you wish to participate in the competition voluntarily, that we may process your above-mentioned personal data for the above-mentioned purpose and that you are identical with the person sending the data.

You have the right to information, to correction, to deletion, to restriction of processing, a right to object, a right to data portability, as well as a right to revoke your consent.
