Conditions of participation: TITAN travel case with Oui shopping voucher

The prize draw runs from 14 November to 26 November 2025. 

The closing date for entries is 26 November 2025 at 11:59 p.m. 

To participate in the sweepstakes, it is necessary to fill out the entry form including registration for the Oui newsletter. This is to be considered as a sweepstakes contract based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the entry deadline will not be taken into account in the draw. Participation in the competition is free of charge. 

Participation is open to natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years of age at the time of their participation. Participation is not dependent on the purchase of a product or service, but on a subscription to the Oui newsletter. Each user can only participate once in his or her own name. The use of any type of automated process to manipulate this sweepstakes is prohibited. Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG, its franchise companies and their family members. Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to exclude participants who are not entitled to participate or who have violated the conditions of participation (e.g. by providing false information) from the competition. 

The following prizes will be awarded: 
Three prize packages, each with a total value of €409.95, consisting of: 

One UPGRADE travel suitcase by TITAN, size S in Forest Green, valued at €259.95, and 

One Oui.com shopping voucher valued at €150. 

The winners will be determined after the closing date by means of a random draw among all eligible participants. The draw will take place privately, without public attendance. 

The winners will be informed promptly via a separate email or telephone call by Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG. 

The determination of the winners is final; legal recourse is excluded. Prizes will only be awarded to the named winners. An exchange or cash payment of the prizes is not possible. 

If a winner does not respond within three weeks after two contact attempts, the prize may be transferred to another participant. 

The legal process is excluded. The competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Oui reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or should there be a regulatory gap, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

We process your personal data (last name, first name, e-mail, address, cell phone number) for the purpose of the draw as well as notification of the winners.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) in conjunction with Art. 7 DSGVO. By entering your personal data, you confirm that you wish to participate in the competition voluntarily, that we may process your above-mentioned personal data for the above-mentioned purpose and that you are identical with the person sending the data.

You have the right to information, to correction, to deletion, to restriction of processing, a right to object, a right to data portability, as well as a right to revoke your consent.
