CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION INSTAGRAM

You get the opportunity to win the items or products mentioned in the respective raffle post. An exchange, a self-collection as well as a cash payment of the prize are not possible.

Participation is via the @ouifashionofficial Instagram profile maintained by OUI Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG.

The prize will be raffled among all participants. Participation takes place by answering the respective raffle question or by fulfilling the respective raffle task and posting the corresponding answer, a suitable comment and/or a picture under the post. Further procedures are defined in the competition text.

The duration of the competition can be found in the respective competition post. Within this period, users online will have the opportunity to participate in the raffle.

Participation is free of charge. Persons over 18 years of age may participate. Participation requires the truthful provision of data, relevant to participation. Raffle clubs as well as automated raffle services are not eligible to participate. The following countries are eligible: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Finland. All other countries are excluded from the competition.

Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator as well as their family members. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition,

(b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation,

(c) in the event of dishonest conduct, or

(d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Please enter only once per competition.

The winners will be determined by Oui GmbH & CO KG from among all participants under exclusion of the public.

The winner will be notified by directly contacting the Instagram user via the message function.

All participants who have won will be sent the won items/products by mail in a timely manner. The shipping costs will be paid by Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG. However, this can only be guaranteed if the contact details required for dispatch have been provided by the winner in a  timely manner - ideally within 24 hours.

The Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG is not responsible for the correctness of the participant's details (in particular e-mail address and address). If the respective prize cannot be transmitted for reasons for which Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG is not responsible for, the organizer is not obliged to retry.

If a winner does not contact Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner provides Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG with incorrect contact details and it is not possible to send or deliver the prize.

Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG will only make use of this possibility if for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software), or for legal reasons a proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed. The Oui Group GmbH & Co. KG is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

With the notification of the prize, the winner is requested to provide Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG to send or hand over the prize with the required contact details to the email address marketing@oui.com. The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use without consent.

The participant is responsible for the correctness of the contact data provided.

Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular first name, last name and email address are true and correct.

The participant may revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation is to be sent in writing to the contact details of the organizer given in the imprint area. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.

The organizer is released from all obligations with the fulfillment or delivery of the prize, unless an earlier point in time results from these regulations.

Claims for possible material defects and/or defects of title in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors or purchased prizes are to be asserted exclusively against them.

Cash payment of the respective prizes is not possible. Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. The Oui Group GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
