1. Payment process
As a rule, you can choose between several payment methods. Your credit card or bank account will be debited immediately after placing your order, and usually on the same working day.
In the event your return is accepted, you will be refunded the amount through the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow for a processing time of two to five working days.
Due to technical reasons, we are currently unable to offer standard gift vouchers. Promotional vouchers as part of marketing campaigns can be activated in the shopping basket. Different vouchers cannot be combined with each other or paid out in cash.
Payments made with Invoice must be fulfilled within 14 days, otherwise a delay fee is added. Please note that when choosing Klarna your shipping address must be your registered residence.
With your Klarna Account you can choose to divide your purchase payment monthly. When choosing this payment method at checkout, a standard credit check is made. Please note that when choosing Klarna your shipping address must be your registered residence.
Adjust Payment Date
To adjust the payment date of your order, please contact Klarna directly.
If you've returned items from an order paid for with Klarna, and the date that your payment is due is near, we'd recommend that you mark the item as returned in the Klarna portal Here.
If you have any questions about extending your payment period, please contact Klarna Customer Service Here. Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG cannot extend it for you.
You'll automatically receive a reminder from Klarna if the date that your payment is due passes. If you've received a reminder but already returned items to us, please contact here.
If you're waiting for your refund:
Once your return has been completed by Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG, you’ll get an updated invoice from Klarna. Refunds normally take 2-5 business days (during and after sale periods may take longer). If you have any questions about your Klarna Account, please contact Klarna Customer Service here.
